About
Hey neighbors, I'm Emily, owner of Loaves 'n' Doughs, a sourdough cottage bakery run out of my home. I started my bakery in Idaho after a year of baking organic, long-fermented sourdough, when neighbors and friends started asking me to open a porch stand.
I use organic flour and ingredients, real cream and salt-only butter, and local farm-fresh eggs. From artisan sourdough loaves, sandwich bread, dinner rolls, and hamburger buns to brownies, cookies, and muffins: if you want it, chances are I can make it.
Right now I'm taking special orders only while I get ready for events and bring online ordering back.
