Hi, we're Aaron, Jacqueline, Holden, and Elliott. We moved to Lakehaven in 2025.
Aaron owns Genius Digital Marketing, and Jacqueline is a veterinary dermatologist. Holden and Elliott go to Farmersville schools. We both grew up in Flower Mound in the '80s and '90s, and Farmersville reminds us of the place we loved back then.
Since moving here we've met a lot of wonderful, talented neighbors: people who build fences, bake bread, sit pets, take family photos, and do taxes. We also had a hard time remembering who did what, or where we'd saved their number.
So we started Lakehaven List. It's one place to find the people in our community who do good work, and a way for them to be found.
How it works
- It's free. No listing fees, no ads, and no paying to show up first.
- It's local. We check every listing before it goes up. Businesses owned by residents get a badge once we confirm their Lakehaven address.
- It's private. We only ask businesses for what goes on their listing. Addresses used for the resident badge are never shown, and we don't sell or share anything.
What it isn't
Lakehaven List isn't affiliated with the Lakehaven developers, builders, or HOA. It's a neighbor project. Aaron's agency is listed here the same way as everyone else, and the directory isn't part of the agency.
